The property is completely fenced, with a half-acre training yard, a 3-acre run yard, and 16 acres of additional run/training area. Kennels are located in basements with poured concrete walls for storm protection, and there's an on-site bathing area and kitchen.
A dedicated HVAC system keeps the boarding area at a steady 65°F all year round.
Between 8am and 8pm, dogs get outdoor run access (weather permitting) plus multiple supervised exercise sessions with trainers or kennel staff.
